OUR COMMITMENT TO HEALTH & WELLBEING
In the current climate it is difficult to avoid the subject of COVID-19 and the impact that it is having around the globe. We want to give you peace of mind around our handling of the situation. Our focus during this time is to maintain the health of the children in our care, their families and our employees.
As a business we are strictly following the government’s latest guidelines as we receive them and we are operating a work-from-home policy for all staff who can do so. SCL are working in partnership with the Health and Safety Department to substantiate all of the safety requirements including regulations which relate to hygiene, infection control, social distancing and the necessary actions should anyone connected to the company have a confirmed case of or display symptoms of the Coronavirus. You can read the safety procedures we have in place at our clubs on our FAQs page.
CONTINUITY OF OUR SERVICES
As a business we want to continue to offer our service to as many children and parents as possible. Since school closures were announced, we have been in constant communication with our school partners and local & national authorities to understand which services can go ahead.
Term Time Services
During the current national lockdown, our Term Time services are closed to most children. We are in discussion with our partner schools to see how we can continue to support vulnerable children and children of key workers. Our School Clubs operate to robust Covid-safe procedures and every venue has been through a rigorous risk assessment process. You can read all about what we are doing to make our clubs safe for your children on our FAQs page.
Planning is well underway for our upcoming Holiday Club in February. As it stands we expect this club to go ahead as planned, however as we hear more we will update this page.
